Vicki Marks

Vicki is SHM's General Manager and Head of People. She has been working at SHM since 2014. Vicki's role involves leading business-HR operations and getting the best out of our teams across the world. She is passionate about helping people work creatively and develop their professional potential. She is focused on finding new ways to promote wellbeing and positive organisational culture. Vicki also works closely with the SHM Foundation on their projects and operations.  

Vicki grew up in London and studied Performance Design at the University of Leeds. After university, she worked as a sound designer. Vicki also managed one of the UK’s first craft beer bars and a dairy farm.

Vicki enjoys spending time with her good friends and attending arts performances, and loves flowers.
