Steve Potts

Steve is a Director at SHM. He has worked together with our CEO Maurice since 1996, first as a client partner in the design industry and then when he joined SHM formally in 2003.

Steve brings a creative background to his work, with over 40 years of professional experience in both the design and consulting industries. Much of Steve's work today focuses on developing new capabilities inside organisations through teaching and coaching to improve the effectiveness and impact of senior leaders.

Steve started life as an artist with a BFA from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. His early career was as an animator, illustrator and fine artist in the US. Later, Steve moved to London and expanded into interaction design and branding before finding his way to SHM.

Ice hockey is a passion of Steve's and he has been a youth hockey coach for over 15 years.
