Sarah Bracey

Sarah is the Commercial Operations Manager at SHM. She is also a member of our Executive Team and works closely with leadership to set and manage SHM’s strategic direction. Sarah finds SHM to be the perfect habitat for a chameleon, and enjoys the diversity of her role. She is responsible for maintaining a healthy connective tissue between our Projects Team and Financial and Operational functions. She can regularly be found working with our consultants as we help clients develop stronger team capabilities.

Sarah graduated with an LLB and MA in History from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 2017 and has a background in driving operational change and optimisation in diverse organisations.

Sarah has happily called London home since 2018 and can often be found exploring the city’s green and overgrown spaces or wiling away the hours in the small, out-of-the-way bookshops sprinkled throughout east London.
