Lucy Paynel

Lucy is SHM's Learning and Events Coordinator. She is responsible for programme managing SHM’s learning and development projects. Lucy enjoys having the chance to work with nearly everyone in the team and helping to implement best practices across our L&D activities.

Prior to joining SHM, Lucy worked in operations for large-scale, global events and training programs in the public sector. She studied American History and Literature at University of Nottingham.

Lucy enjoys going to the theatre and travelling back to the countryside to spend time with family.
