Emily Glancey

Emily is a Senior Consultant in our Projects Team. She works closely with our clients to solve complex challenges, particularly to do with building team capabilities and creating lasting partnerships. She especially enjoys taking knotty problems and making them simple - something which we do a lot as part of our work.

Prior to SHM, Emily studied Classical Literature and Ancient History, graduating from Oxford University in 2021.

Emily is a huge foodie and has an extensive plant collection, but her real pride and joy is her turtle – called Tortle!
