Emmy Beazley-Williams

Emmy is Head of People (maternity cover) for SHM Productions and the SHM Foundation. She looks after all areas of the employee life cycle and enjoys helping our people flourish. Emmy has a keen interest in policy, employment law and taking a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Emmy has a BA from the University of Leeds and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management. She had an established career in events, working in Higher Education where she managed large teams. As a passionate people-person, she retrained in HR Management and worked across a number of HR roles in both the public and private sectors.

Outside of work, Emmy enjoys spending time with her young family and pets. She also volunteers as a governor in the local school.
