Laura Longton

Laura is a consultant in our Projects Team. She loves helping to create ‘aha’ moments for our clients—whether that is uncovering new insights about themselves through our capability development work, landing on the perfect story to communicate a complex idea in a simple way, or seeing a new solution to a challenging problem.

Her curiosity about how people think, particularly in the context of work, shaped her academic journey. Laura holds an MA in Psychology from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London.

Outside of work, Laura spends her time exploring new places in London, watching documentaries, and, when back home in Northern Ireland, swimming in the sea!"
