Carmen Palmer

Carmen is a Consultant in our ProjectsTeam. She is a key part of the team leading our capability building and change management programmes. Carmen enjoys working with leadership teams on the issues that matter to them most, and helping them grow. 

Carmen has a BA (Hons) from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Strategic Communications from the LSE. Prior to joining SHM, she worked at a strategic communications consultancy, helping advise FTSE100 clients on corporate communications and public affairs.

Carmen is an avid podcast listener and a huge foodie.
